Often, as in the case of figs, wild mint, dwarf apricots, plums and many other products, it is our own customer friends who bring us the fruit of their gardens. And then there are random encounters, along the inland paths, among the dry stone walls, the centuries-old almond groves and the intense scents of the Mediterranean scrub, where we discover natural ingredients.
Whenever we have the opportunity to have fruit picked directly from the tree, the ice cream is prepared immediately, so as not to lose anything of this indescribably magical combination of flavors.
